West african market and key personnel database Netssaf deliverable D48 Barreto Dillon, L. (2008)

NETSSAF proposes to coordinate and integrate the current scientific research, technological innovation and execution activities, creating synergies to support largescale implementation of sustainable sanitation systems in peri-urban and rural areas, in order to propose feasible solutions for the achievement of the Sanitation Millennium Development Goals in Africa. This has been done by proposing the proper approach to the management of sanitation as well as capacity building of sanitation experts and authorities. However, to compliment the work of creating the knowledge to the planning and implementation of sustainable sanitation systems, task 5.3 of WP5 aims at creating a database of the West African market and key personnel, which would be made available for the sanitation planners as well as authorities or individuals involved in sanitation planning and implementation.
